The Hotel charged my credit card over a Thousand dollars for only 3 nights stay. I asked if they can cancel the transaction or void the transaction but they said they couldn’t. This is not good because it limit my spending and affects other bank transaction. They decided to give me cash in which I really didn’t want. I don’t want carrying cash on the the streets. I reported the transactions to my credit card to keep them informed.

Superb Hotel ! One of the best hotel in city I made last minute booking at this hotel and was right decision. Great location middle of Thamel many shops and Restaurant nearby. Nice hotel clean and very wide room 306 buffet breakfast lot's of choice. Staff are very friendly definitely coming back in future recommend The Address Kathmandu Hotel.

Great Hotel for Trekkers
Very adequate hotel in the middle of the Thamel district, Kathmandu. No bells and whistles but a fabulous location with friendly, helpful staff. I stayed there before and after my trek and can’t fault anything with the hotel

Friendly staff. Great breakfast. It was close to other restaurants which was really good and handy. Good location. Shops nearby to buy sims. Balcony was a plus point.

Friendly , great value hotel in good location .
Great price for what you get . I’d advise getting deluxe room for few pounds extra as much nicer with street view . Good location for everything and staff cannot do enough for you - booking trips , transfers etc etc . On site restaurant good also . Would definitely stay again

A scam
I booked through Expedia. And pre-paid. They did not honor the reservation. They told me I have to pay more of what I already pre-paid. Super-unprofessional. Hotels put the rates online. Its not Expedia's fault, its the hotels fault. Don't stay here.

Great place to stay in the centre of Thamel. The staff ate friendly and eager to make sure your stay is nothing less than the best. A few of the carpets needed to be cleaned however other than that, the room was very well maintained. Buffet breakfast in the morning was also super delicious

Newer hotel and everything works!
Reasonable price hotel and close to everything. Breakfast with good selection and fresh omlet will be made front of you.

Don't book before reading this review
This hotel doesn't respect the privacy of guests information. They shared my check in and check out date with another hotel in Nepal. I knew that from the other hotel when I checked in they said you were at The Address Kathmandu hotel in these dates. That's ridiculous and not acceptable. The hotel that doesn't respect my privacy doesn't deserve to stay in. In the other hand, the location is good and the room is clean but the breakfast is very limited of varieties. Think twice before booking if you worry about your privacy

Best hotel in all Kathmandu
I have stayed at this hotel during my visit to Nepal which was for the fist time and I went there by myself. Staying at this hotel was the best thing that happenned in that trip. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The Director of the hotel was personally planning and following up on my trip. His was caring about my stay in town. He also arranged for me to stay at another hotel in the other areas that I visited. He arranged the taxi, the activities, the flights and the accommodations. He managed to get me a room at last minute in new years eve which is impossible. On top of that he was finding me rooms and activities with the best prices. The impressive thing about this hotel is the safety! Highly safe and extremely neat where everything is brand new. At the endoor of my visit I received a very nice gift as a memory form this amazing trip. Thank you everyone!

Clean, Modern and very welcoming hotel
This is a very new hotel and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant throughout our 8 day stay in Kathmandu. We will most definitely come back to this hotel again and look forward to enjoying the potential renovations planned for the rooftop terrace. Thank you all for a lovely stay and most welcoming hospitality by all staff.

Nice try, poor execution
The staff tries hard, but the hotel needs some maintenance and better processes. On check in, our upgraded room with balcony was not available (did not know this until we got to the room and it didn't have a balcony.) The staff then put us in another room which had two twin beds (instead of a king bed) and the bed had squeaky plastic sheets on it. They advised our upgraded room would be available tomorrow and they would switch us. Now this room, the AC didn't work, maintenance came up and said it was fixed. It wasn't. We sweated through the night and asked about the other room (BTW it looks like the "Super Premium" rooms are only two - there are a couple others but they have mini balconies which we had. The other room (which we paid for!) was not available for the rest of the trip!! But they sent maintenance up again and fixed the AC finally by night two. Breakfast was pretty bad. Better to walk down the street than eat there. We had a late flight and asked for a late checkout of 4pm. We had to pay 50% of the room rate for this. (Despite not getting the room we booked and paid for.) Also of note, toiletries are bare, so bring your home. The only plus was that is was clean and in the heart of Thamel.. Oh then they came out when the group of 6 left and had us wear Hotel scarves and take pictures which I am sure are being posted to their website. Another unprofessional move. It would have been nice if they ASKED first!

We Feel Comfortable Here
We were staying in the standard room. The room was new and very relaxing. The bathroom was spotless. The hotel has a lovely garden on the top floor of the building where we saw stunning views in the city. The location allowed us to explore many attractions, restaurants, shops and bus terminals that makes the hotel the perfect accommodation offering both comfort and convenience. The entire staff, especially Rajan, Jeet and Mr. Badri, was very friendly and extremely helpful. We were very satisfied with the hotel service. When we asked if they could pick us up and drop us off at the airport, they were able to arrange everything. Our overall experience was wonderful. We will certainly be staying there again.

Highly recommended!
Apart from the power cut off and water shortage, i find that the hotel is great. Located in the heart of Thamel and the food at the restaurant is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if i am in Kathmandu.

In the middle of Thamel
On the plus side was ...hotel staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. Location was a plus as it was in the middle of Thamel. Hotel restaurant was very good and we ate there most of the time. Room was just fine. On the negative side...the air conditioner in the room did not work. They tried to fix it but they could not so they finally moved us to another room where the air conditioner did not work. We had some very grumpy days due to lost sleep in a hot sweaty hotel room. Also, you have to like busy noisy streets with horns honking most of the time...that is Thamel. As a whole we enjoyed the stay there but if we return to this hotel it will not be in hot July.

飯店所在地的位置於泰美爾內，地點極佳，我們住的是5樓山景房，有陽台，連結露台，有電梯，房間坪數大，很舒適。 早餐一般和其他同價飯店並無極大差異。 浴室大， 淋浴和浴缸都有， 但與剛出來的水是偏黃色的， 有向飯店反應, 情況並未有改善. 浴巾，毛巾都已經很舊了。 人員服務好 , 英文流暢。

Goed hotel in het centrum van Thamel
Aanrader: Goed hotel in het centrum van Thamel, liggende aan een asfaltstraat, goed bereikbaar. Vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam personeel, goed ontbijt. Ook het restaurant is prima voor een snack tussendoor of voor het diner, dit alles is van een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Ruime slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden. Ik heb hier 3 weken met veel genoegen doorgebracht en hoop over 1-2 jaar terug te komen.

ロケーションに優れ、設備・サービスの整ったホテル
ゴールデンウィークに3泊しました。タメル地区の中でもレストラン・両替などの周辺店舗が充実しており、終日お湯が出るシャワーや警備員などの設備・サービスも整っています。朝食もオーダーで焼いてくれるオムレツや、トースト/クロワッサン、料理数品が並んでおり、バジェットホテルとして十分な内容です。

Zentral gelegenes Hotel
Hotel liegt super, mitten in Thamel. Ruhig, vom Strassenlärm war nichts zu hören. Das Zimmer war gross, sehr bequemes Bett und angenehmes Bad mit Abtrennung zur Dusche. Leider muss ich sagen , dass es nicht richtig sauber war. 2 Kopfkissenbezüge waren definitiv benutzt, auf dem Laken waren mehrere Haare und im Waschbecken/Bad ebenso. Die Badamenities waren halb voll, also benutzt und nicht ausgetauscht. Frühstück war gut, frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen und auch sonst alles vorhanden. WIFI sehr gut.

表示されていたなかで最上級の価格の部屋を予約し訪れたものの案内された部屋は眺望なし、バスタブなしでクレームをいれたところ、こんどは一階の部屋に案内された。やはりバスタブがなく、このことをいうと翌日宿泊してくれればなんとかするとの話も結局部屋が空かないとのことで、その約束もかなわなかった。あたかもバスタブが幾部屋もあるような設備表示をされているが事実でなかった。自分がこのホテルに決めたことが満たれず気分を害したままの宿泊になってしまった。

New hotel with spacious rooms
The hotel is quite new and therefore also quite clean and nice looking. Good breakfast, nice rooftop terrace (although the bar there was not open) and they have an elevator. Very central location in Thamel. Wifi works well and hot water available. However, the doors and walls of the rooms seem quite thin, as there is a lot of noise coming to the room from the corridor and other rooms.

Et veldig trivelig hotell i Thamel området. Veldig hyggelig betjening, de ordnet alltid opp om det var noe vi ønsket eller lurte på. Vi har bodd her 2 ganger. Andre gang fikk vi et delox rom i 5 etg, med en liten balkong ut i takterrassen. Kan absolutt anbefales.....
