"The reception was quite busy when I arrived and when it was my turn to check in, the attendant was positive, pleasant, and compassionate. She could see we had a long travel day and were exhausted. She got us right into our room and was able to provide us some grace at checkout. Our room was exquisite, and a welcoming gift awaited us. The room was far nicer than I could have imagined, and my family was thrilled. It was a great way to end our trip to Greece. Shortly after waking, we learned our flight was delayed, and again, the staff could not have been more accommodating. Not only were we able to enjoy a lovely, full offering breakfast, but we had ample time to lounge around the pool. When our flight was delayed again, we were offered the opportunity to store our luggage and use their wellness facilities for showers prior to our drive back to the airport. And, probably the most touching part of our stay was how special it brought our trip to closure for our daughter’s 16th birthday. Not only were we able to enjoy a nicely prepared meal in our room, the staff was able to make sure we had a cake and candle to celebrate her birthday. This was the best hotel experience I have ever had, and I am thoroughly grateful to the hotel staff for making it such a wonderful visit. "

"I've stayed at this property three separate times in the past month and generally enjoyed my experience. The location is excellent - within walking distance to restaurants, markets, and well-served by food delivery services. While I appreciate the self check-in option, the lockbox system needs improvement. During one late-night arrival around midnight, I encountered an issue where the provided lockbox code was incorrect. When I called for assistance, the staff member who responded was unnecessarily confrontational, initially suggesting I didn't know how to operate a lockbox. As a real estate professional, I'm quite familiar with all types of lockbox systems. After several minutes, he verified that I had indeed been given the wrong code. This delay resulted in a 15-minute wait to access my room, which was frustrating after a late flight from another island. Suggestion for management: Consider upgrading to electronic lockboxes to prevent similar issues and ensure a smoother check-in process, especially for late arrivals. Otherwise, the rooms are well-maintained and the overall experience was positive. "

"This is a great property for someone who is spending the night in Athens. They have a shuttle too and from airport (free of charge), a delicious restaurant right across the street, kind drivers and staff, and a very clean hotel! Thanks for the stay! This is my second time staying and I will be back every time I’m in Athens. "

"Large 1 bedroom 5th floor suite. Opens to balcony overlooking city. We were only there 1 night to catch an early flight, so I didn't expect much. But it was comfortable, spacious, clean, and the communication was excellent. The drivers were friendly and punctual. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but the local restaurants were very good."
