Off Soho Suites Hotel

"We stayed for 3 nights as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). The location is fantastic and was by far the biggest advantage of this property. We never felt unsafe or uncomfortable, and the front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. The building and the units are dated, but everything was generally clean. Housekeeping provided fresh towels and room service daily, which we appreciated. The kitchen is fairly basic and not particularly well equipped, but it was perfectly adequate for simple meals and snacks, such as making pizza for the kids in the evening. The sleeper sofa is suitable for children, but it is quite small and would not comfortably accommodate two adults. We would definitely stay here again, primarily because of the excellent location and the size of the unit rather than the apartment's appearance or amenities. A couple of things to be aware of: despite what is advertised, there was no airport shuttle service available during our stay. Also, the convenience store is located around the corner rather than inside the hotel itself."

"One of the best hotel I've ever stayed at, and they are worth every penny you spent. The common amenities are beautifully designed, it felt like a pristine museum/fancy lounge. The single room has a Japandi aesthetic which is really well-designed to feel spacious within the small space. Lighting are perfect, bright, warm, and cozy. Staffs are really well-dressed and caring. They accommodated my stay attentively. Highly recommended and definitely come back for another time."

"We stayed for 2 nights as a couple. The room was relatively spacious for NYC standards, very comfortable, and clean, with a great layout. We enjoyed the street view from our room, and the location is truly prime! We also loved the 24/7 rooftop access, which offers fantastic views of the city. The staff was kind and welcoming throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!"

"As a first timer, CitizenM exceeded my expectations. The staff was so accommodating and courteous to my questions. As student who was traveling, the access to the printer in the lounge was an amazing amenity. The rooftop bar was very relaxing and offered great views of the city. Easy access to the subway stations and local eats in every direction. I look forward to booking with them again."

"Typical big city stay. Great location. Next to Grand Central terminal with several street accessable subway entrances. I would recommend the Commadore club for a nice clean getaway with and a protected outside terrace. No street view but beautiful architecture above. A few short blocks from times square, Bryant Park, NYC Public library, tons of shopping. Best of all rent an ebike across the street and take a city ride. The Junior suite was very nice, roomy, very clean, it looked out to other walls. I would stay here again but ask for a room with a street view. For a downtown room it was quiet and well air-conditioned. Plenty of restaurants and Street food vendors. An expansive mall at Grand central and a huge food court on the lower level of the station just 5 minutes walk from the hotels front door. The breakfast buffet was $55 a person which caught us off guard. But good for their selection. Fresh fruits, meats, breads, blintz's, pancakes, eggs. Bacon, sausages, veggie omelets. We enjoyed our stay and will be back to this property."
