"The hotel is located right in the city center! There is a car park 3 min walk from the hotel. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. I will say the walls are thin so you did hear people walking around the hallways."

"Excellent lunch and dinner menus, di not have breakfast. The Kenmare Rooms pub is very quaint and welcoming. Front desk staff was very accommodating. Rooms we clean and well appointed."

"The room was very comfortable and clean. Our only critique is that the towels were a bit skimpy and there was no face-cloth, despite only supplying liquid soap. The lobby provides plenty of space for gathering and the location is excellent. Ample parking for those arriving with a car. "

"Best view of our trip to Ireland. Lake view, small castle remaining on grounds. Wildlife visible from lakeview room. Easily access Ring of Kerry and Killarney National Park. Room was very large and accommodating."

"We are a family of 4 who spent 3 nights at this facility. We were outdoors most of the day and only used it to sleep in the night. We also didn’t cook although the facility has a kitchen. The pros - perfect location and decent size for a family. A number of restaurants are in walkable distance. The cons - the wifi/ internet never worked. The parking was a bit weird and tight. Most of the spaces were filled up and extreme caution is required to park in the corner spots. Lastly, the beds were soft and we didn’t get much sleep."

"'Thermal suite' was a sauna and a steam room with basically no steam. One of the worst thermal suites i have been in. The hotel is clearly not maintained to a 5 star standard. Very disappointed. No proper bar in the hotel either, which was very strange. You could get a drink at your dinner table. The room was very nice and clean however. Again, this is a decent 4 star hotel at best, but charging 5 star prices. Won't be returning. "
