"ドームなどの近隣の施設利用の際にとても便利です。最上階ロフトつきで、夏場でもクーラー効いているので、子供が寝るのに大喜びでした。ロフトの階段、ロフト自体からの落下、ベッドの柵がないので、小さいお子さんがいる場合は、床にベッドマットを敷くといいと思います。押し入れに予備の布団類がありましたし、キッチンにも最低限の調理器具、皿やコップ類がありました。道路に面していますが、夜の騒音は気にならずに眠れました。夏場は朝早くから日差しが入るので、ゆっくり眠りたい方はアイマスクを準備することお勧めします。駐車場は近くにありますが、夏場に少し歩くのが大変だったこと、到着した時点での室内の匂いと押し入れの寝具の匂いが気になったので星ひとつ減点しました。しかし総合的に場所や値段、清潔面も素晴らしく、気持ちよく泊まることができました。イベントがある際はまた利用したいと思います。"

"Nine States Tojinmachi was perfect. The location was excellent — just steps from Tojinmachi Station and within walking distance of Ohori Park and Fukuoka Tower. The room was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed.Service was outstanding. We loved our stay so much that we made another reservation and extended our trip. The customer service team handled everything smoothly and made the whole process completely worry‑free."

"初めて利用させていただきました。家族４名での利用です。チェックイン用の端末を上手く見つけられず、最初手間取りましたが、端末の操作自体は問題ありませんでした。交通量の多いところですので、急いでいる方はゆとりを持ってチェックインされた方がいいと思います。お部屋は家具家電が揃っており、今回洗濯はしませんでしたが、洗濯機だけでなく洗剤も置いてあったので、使いたい方はありがたいと思いました。洗面所のゴミ箱に、前に止まられていた方の分なのか使用済み歯ブラシが残っていたのは少し気になるところですが、あとは気になりませんでした！"

"今回３度目の宿泊。ピアスのキャッチなど落ちており踏んでしまいました。清掃などは毎回不満があります。その他は全体的にキレイでした。また、シャワーヘッドが壊れており、洗面所、キッチンからはお湯が出ませんでした。電話し、迅速な対応を受けましたが、なおらず空き部屋もない事から、お風呂に入ることは出来ませんでした。ただ返金対応や丁寧な謝罪でとても良かったです。今回は101でしたがエレベーター前で毎回他の客の声が響きわたり気になりました。"

"写真の通りで、マンションの一室で過ごしやすい部屋でした。無人受付のホテルは初めてで、うまくチェックインできるか心配でしたが、事前に説明を呼んでおけば、スムーズにチェックインできた。歯ブラシやスリッパ等、最低限必要なものはそろっており、角部屋だったので、ベランダからの景色もよかった。キャナルシティが近くて、中州もすぐそこ。美味しくて有名なラーメン店が近くにあり、屋台街も近いので、満喫できた。暗証番号で出入りするので、セキュリティ面は安全だと思いました。"

"I gave 4 mainly for their location, easy access to most of the places. The bus stop is literally in front of the hotel, there are 2 convenience stores and a drug store nearby. The famous food stall street is also close to the hotel. The washer n dryer Def comes in handy. The only thing I dont like is their pillows, it was way too soft."

"Honestly, absolutely everything. The staff were extremely helpful. Coming from America I did not know any Japanese. I was traveling with my son who was going to be going to college there. I’m the very first day my son got lost on his way to school. The Kyushu university. I was terrified. I went down to the lobby and the staff helped me find my son. They called a taxi cab to pick him up and the taxi brought him to me at the hotel. I was so grateful so thankful for all the help. Your staff truly went above and beyond and out of their way to comfort me and help me get my son back to safety. Anytime I fly to Japan I will be staying at the blossom. The staff made the experience unforgettable. The staff at the restaurant I believe it’s called. The nine were truly amazing as well. The food, the kindliness were all truly amazing."

"Our second time staying here. Is about 10mins stroll from Hakata station. There are a few convenient shops along the way. The place is quiet. We arrived early as our flight touches down in the morning. We were happily greeted by Miss Soyoka. She welcomed us warmly and hearing that we are check-in, she asked for our passport to check on our reservation. We understand we were early as check-in time is 3pm. Nonetheless, Miss Soyoka proactively help us in all ways she could to make us settled in. We placed our luggage at the luggage holding area and left the hotel, returning later to complete our check-in. On the second day, I met Miss Soyoka and have a little chat with her. Also expressing my Thankfulness for her service. I found out she is new. However, her service felt so right and experience! The lady that helped us eventually did not present the same level of thoughtfulness and sensitivity. The hotel is good, otherwise, we would not have returned. Thank you Miss Soyoka."

"Simple capsule style accommodations. The atmosphere was quiet and calm. Location is excellent. Just a short walk from Hakata station and an even shorter one to the local convenience stores and restaurants. What I really appreciated was the hospitality shown by the staff. Despite my predicament during check in, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. Thanks to their efforts I was spared a great deal off trouble."
