This is a great location. It is a few minutes walk to the main Hakata station but quiet from all the noises and congestion. The hotel is very clean and restaurant options are plenty. There is a lack of hotel reps though even when we were at the lobby. Compare with other hotels in that area, the lobby is kind of dead and not looking as warming as the picture in Expedia

The room was clean and great size. One of the complaints is the laundry machine couldn’t dry my load, which took almost 3 hours and still not dried. It’s not very convenient if some one do laundry at night that they have to stay so late. And if someone did laundry in the morning like me, I almost missed my train. They should invest to get a more powerful and efficient machine.

Really well designed and stylish hotel. Perfect location, close to Hakata station as well as to Nakasu, a restaurant and bar area. Staff was lovely and there was a nice Onsen.
