"Booking in was easy, the room was clean, big and good facilities, the wifi didn’t work in my room. The bathroom was overall clean but the grouting needed attention, plenty of towels. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The

was lovely the jacuzzi was lovely and warm, though the water needed a clean. The communal carpets needed a clean, it was a lovely quiet hotel, despite a pub next door. It was reasonably priced, I would recommend it and ill would definitely stay there again. "

"We arrived at 14.15 and was turned away at check-in. Strict 15.00 check-in unless obviously you pay extra early check-in charge. The two on reception just had no clue. The room was dated and bathroom door was not attached at bottom hinge. Also extractor fan grill was full of fluff didn’t look as if it had been cleaned in a long time. The

and jacuzzi were amazing and very warm so this part of our stay made up for it a little bit. Overall would i use this hotel again. Well no i don't think...
