"Breakfast was plentiful good variety. Sadly the hot food wasn't hot.
Room was clean and comfortable we had a room for 3 which was ok but tight. No room to move around.
Very cute and traditional feel. Lift to rooms.
Parking was underground secure parking easy access. 4 euro for 24hrs
Hotel in the town which is very beautiful lots of little shops and restaurants. Couldn't get a better location. "

"We were so impressed with this establishment! The woman at the desk was incredibly helpful, even helping us figure out how to make space for everything in our room. We paid for the laundry service and got it back the next morning, all folded and neat for us. She also let us park out front and keep our parking place several hours after we had checked out so that we could tour the Gjirokaster castle. This was invaluable as driving and parking in Gjirokaster is harrowing. Breakfast was included and was excellent and filling. I cannot recommend this place more highly!"

"Perfect location for exploring the old town Gjirokaster. It is right in the centre. The Old town is at the top of a very steep hill, the room location mwant that you could walk into the old town Bazaar from the room without having to walk up hills.
Newly renovated room was very comfortable and warm, and very tastefully done. The room looks like the photo and had a coffee machine and fridge. Fast wifi and a internet tv.
Check in was easy, the owner sent the door codes on whatsapp.
Breakfast was included a choice of hot or cold, and served at a restaurante around the corner, although it advertises that in summer breakfast is served in the Suites courtyard with a view of the mountains.
if arriving by bus into the centre of new town Gjirokaster i recommend taking a taxi to the Old town - for only a few Euros it saves walking up a very steep hill with luggage. There is a bus service from opposite the bus station which drops off near to the Old town and costs 40 leke per journey.
A great place to stay for a 2 day trip exploring the Old Town Bazaar and castle. "

"What a lovely place to stay! From the moment we got there, we were treated like family, very modern comfortable inside with an old world seal. The staff was exceptional, walking us to breakfast in the morning, along with the comfort of the bed, giving us instructions on where to go and what to do at our time of arrival. Let’s talk about the bed!! Wow, I had the best night rest waking up two mountains that were snow, cats and the little village that was just waking up. Would stay here 1000 times over!"

We had an incredible experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—they were genuinely kind, attentive, and friendly. The holiday decor for Christmas was magical, creating such a festive and cozy atmosphere.
Our room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for planning our days and staying connected.
The location couldn’t be better—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful enough to enjoy a restful night. Honestly, this was one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to come back!
