"The hotel was situated in the middle of the main square/street close to everything. Room was nice and breakfast was good. The restaurant was excellent, best place in town. The location was convenient close to the castle and train station, where you catch the bus to Neuschwanstein. I highly recommend staying here."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a typical small European hotel/pension. And was a different hotel experience for my family who are used to large chain hotels. This property was simple, clean and sufficient for our needs to visit a beautiful area close to the Bavarian castles. There is no air conditioning or fans in the rooms so it can be quite warm during the summer. We were able to open the windows to enjoy the breeze but there were no screens on the windows so we did have to contend with some black flies during July. The property is a short walk away from the Lech River where there is a rock beach for kids to run, skip rocks and enjoy some open space. If we ever return to the area, we will certainly consider this property again!"

"The room looks newly renovated. The staff is very helpful and responsible; also, response efficiently to emails if there are any questions. A variety of foods for the breakfast buffet. Recommended to reserve a parking spot if you are driving, as the garage is small. We enjoyed our stay."
