Unfortunately I have to give them a negative review. I have been waiting for their email about my stay that I am supposed to receive but I haven’t got any and I doubt they will write me one. Our shower was not working properly and we couldn’t take a proper shower for two days. I would attach the videos this allows me to but even though we turned the shower faucet full, water was just dripping from the shower head. Once in a while the water pressure gets slightly stronger but then at the same time the water temperature changes. It was either cold or extremely hot that I almost burned my skin. I have talked the front desk on the day one and the lady told me it’s probably too many people is taking a shower at the same time and they can’t do match about it. So my boyfriend and I tried to take a shower in a different time. Early in the morning or late at night but however we tried to get the proper water pressure, nothing worked. When we checked out the hotel I talked the front desk again that we were not happy with our stay and would like some refunds. The lady was understanding and sorry, and she asked my email address so that her manager can figure it out and write me an email. However I haven’t received any and I doubt I will. Other than the shower, I was disappointed in the noise (right beside the busy road) and I did not like the pool and the hot tub. It didn’t look hygienic to me. Overall,I found that paying decent price for this hotel is not worth it. Not a relaxing stay.

Very loud at night, impossible to sleep. You can hear every door near you open and shut, every noise sounds like it’s in your room. Other guests have no respect at night for others staying there. Overall clean and friendly staff but lots of homeless druggies nearby.

Staff were wonderful and friendly. Not the safest area. Watched a garbage bonfire during the night. Very noisy, music playing until 2am. Take advantage of the complimentary ear plugs. Convient downtown location.

Great location! Close to Beach, downtown, Restaurants, shopping. Very walkable location. Property older however great condition. Was under renovations when there. Staff are top notch. Excellent onsite restaurant

The hotel staff at night was very friendly. They even assisted us with some slippers and extra pillows. We are glad that the coffee machine is well kept, and cleaned. The restaurant downstairs is very convenient. Even though the pool was not in service it is a good sign they do proper maintenance for it.

The room has nice decore. However the tile flooring looked dirty from being damaged and then had poor patch jobs. The jetted tub had very low water pressure so it took a very long time to fill the tub. By then the water was already cool even with it being straight hot water. Also during the middle of the night it tried starting up as if it had water in it. This happened twice both nights. The mattress was wore out and lumpy. The staff at check in was very nice and knowledgeable. The staff at checkout was complete opposite did not ask how my stay was or even how i was doing. I also was not given the option if i wanted to keep the charge on my credit or pay by debit. Also I booked the room for the fact it had a balcony but turns out you can not use them in the winter. For the amount of money you pay I would expect that the room wood be at a higher standard.

Property was nice and staff was fine but disappointed in the hot water status in our room, especially since I booked a jet-tub king room to have a soak. Water pressure was so limited and not enough hot to make an even lukewarm bath.

We did not have hot water for our entire stay. Housekeeping did not clean our room. Location in a very bad part of town. Would not stay there again.

I will definitely have my maintenance person take a thorough look to ensure that it is still solid and replace it immediately if it is found to be needed. This is the second time that we have stayed on a prestige hotel and each time we have found the bed hard and not comfortable. I have stayed at less expensive hotels and their beds are a lot more comfortable. Wake up with sore back. Overall, other then the bed, the stay was great.

This has been a improved amenity in the hotel as of early December that will continue in January to replace and change existing beds to brand new ones for the enjoyment of our guests. aside from the beds I am happy that the rest of your stay was great. For future if you would prefer please reach out to the hotel and ask for myself or any other staff directly to be placed in some of our newer renovated rooms. This will help ensure a newer bed.
