"Fantastic hotel with superb service. The bar staff were extremely attentive and sent over drinks a couple of times so we never had to leave our seats or card game ;-) The choice at meal times was great - especially for a vegetarian and pescatarian - which can be challenging at all-inclusive hotels. The guest relations team and front desk were so helpful and we received an upgrade to a junior suite with a sea view upon arrival - thank you!! I won at bingo and received lots of free...
