Ancak bu durumu resepsiyona bildirdiğimiz anda çok hızlı bir şekilde ilgilenip televizyonumuzu hemen değiştirdiler. Personel gerçekten çok güler yüzlü ve ellerinden gelen her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Çözüm odaklı ve ilgili yaklaşımları sayesinde otelden memnun ayrıldık.
