Reception communicated any queries and problems during our travels and had no problems allowing us to pay for late checkout the following day. Bed, lounge and pillows were all comfortable and its close to shops. The only downside was we could hear every footstep and other noises from the room upstairs. Saying that this will definitely be my motel of choice when in Kempsey.

I thought there was a minimum standard. This property should not be available through these apps. Online photos show beds that present well but does not show the state of the rooms. Bed was hard and old. Curtains were ripped off halfway up the windows. No bedside table. Door to room was damaged. The handle to open the door was actually a doorstop. Very Tacky.
