"They could be a little more accommodating with the small things. Like complimentary detergent for those who need to clean their clothes. But then again it’s Zürich. Also I did an early checkout but they charged me an additional fee which I didn’t like but whatever. Felt very safe. Very close to bus, tram and train stations. Made getting around very easy.
