Great location in Central London. Excellent Breakfast buffet. Cabs out front all day so easy to get around town.

Great hotel! Room was really spacious and clean! And the aircon was an absolute dream during this heatwave. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast was really good. Staff were friendly and professional. I'll definitely stay again

My partner and me stayed for one night. This place has great potential but they need to work on several areas. It was very clean the room was very nice and the air con was spot on. Negatives breakfast. Yes it’s a bonus getting a breakfast in a London hotel but this was very poor. No hot water in morning so no shower which was very very disappointing. No explanation as to why . Barman in evening when we returned after watching London show not particularly receptive . A bit of courtesy goes a long way. In summary lots of things to be improved but with a bit of effort this will be achievable

Clean room, nice place. We had the studio plus room, it was very spacious and nice. It did not quite feel like a hotel: the lobby was full of people using the WiFi with their devices at all times (they were clearly not hotel guests). As well as the restaurant/roof top, most guests were Englishmen who used it as a place to go for a drink. The hotel did not have a regular lobby with a front desk. It felt like hipster hotel, best suited for young people without kids. The maids mistook some of our clothes for rubbish because we put it in a shopping bag, and threw it away. We were refunded 50£. We were travelling with kids, so the biggest downside of the hotel was the location. It was a 15 min walk away from Liverpool station, and we spent a lot of time travelling the 5 days we were there because it was far away from where the fun stuff for the kids were.
