On the positive - Regarding the Staff - extremely helpful and professional.
On the negative ...we had continuous issues with our room door lock and had to ask staff for their help - very frustrating.
The washing machine was old and extremely loud and needed to be replaced.
The cover for the rad heat was not secure and fell down,

Property was very very centrally located. The rooms are clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Any minor maintenance issues were promptly dealt with. The housekeeping staff were all amazing. Perfect for an extended stay

We had a wonderful stay at Ellen Kensington. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was a lovely option for a relaxing night in. We especially appreciated being within walking distance of the Tube, as well as several local restaurants and shops.
The only drawback was the bathtub, which was quite high and somewhat difficult to climb into when showering. Additionally, the half-glass shower door did not provide much coverage, so water often ended up on the bathroom floor.
During our stay, we experienced two different room types, and I would highly recommend the Continental Suite. The extra space made a noticeable difference and added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay.
