"Massively impacted by rain floods which made main road leading to and fro the lodge near to impossible to navigate on or over. Rivulets and erosion break offs. Staff dedicated and committed, food varied and 3-meal buffet style offered plenty of choices. Accommodation naturally rustic and 'hut-like' as one would expect and seek out on a Safari tour. "We had a wonderful time at Entumoto. We can, without hesitation, recommend it to all. The accommodation is luxurious & lacks nothing. Large tents & comfy beds, with great bathroom & hot solar heated showers. The viewfrom our tent was spectacular & we could even enjoy it from our huge bed.with a cuppa. "Great location with excellent food and very close to Amboseli National Park. Even on the last mile to the lodge you can spot giraffes, zebras, gazelles, monkeys, elephants. We enjoyed very much the location."

"We loved staying at the Mara Major Lodge. Yes, it was pricey… but worth it. The tentalows are lovely and we got to hear many wild animals during the night, the staff was LOVELY and helped us plan all our excursions from A-Z! Special shoutout to our sweet game driver Sam. All the staff was Maasai as well, which was a lovely cultural immersion and they were all very open and friendly. Oh and the entrance to the park is so close, you can see it from the lodge! So convenient. "

"Nice tented camp, the tents are new and covered on a platform. You look right onto the Talek River. At night zebra, hippos other wildlife come to drink. You are next to the park gate, it is a busy gate complete with the busy balloon guys. But you are right in the park no long drive, you just start your Safari right after your breakfast. "
