What stood out most for us was how personal the service felt: friendly smiles, remembering our preferences, and always checking that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. They created a relaxed, homely atmosphere while still being very efficient. The room was spotless and well presented, the grounds are beautifully kept, and the facilities are excellent – but it’s really the people who take this hotel to another level. "I definitely rate this property 1000/10! It was clean, cool, calming and the environment was welcoming and interesting with so much to do that you won’t need to step outside. I enjoyed spending time at the beach, pool, bar and dining halls. Did I mention that the staff were friendly and helpful? I can’t wait to visit again!"
