What stood out most for us was how personal the service felt: friendly smiles, remembering our preferences, and always checking that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. They created a relaxed, homely atmosphere while still being very efficient. The room was spotless and well presented, the grounds are beautifully kept, and the facilities are excellent – but it’s really the people who take this hotel to another level.
