"Nice pool with a ocean veiw on the 4th floor. Nice breakfast with plenty of variety. Actually control planes was straight forward and easy to use. The staff was very kind and helpful. Checked in at 3am and was fine(did give notice about this before hand) Nice shuttle to the airport smooth and quick. Lots of family's not the quietest place but ive been to many louder places for sure. Solo traveler good sized room"

"The Stones is a really nice, clean hotel with plenty to offer. Breakfast has a great variety, and the pool is huge, warm (perfect if you’re not a fan of cold pools), and nicely shaded in the afternoon. Because the resort is so spacious, it never feels crowded and you can usually find a sun lounge without any issue. The pool bar also has a good selection. It’s quite popular with younger families, it was school holidays so I guess it's expected. But the layout means it still feels relaxed and not overly busy. There are plenty of beach bars directly across the road, which makes it easy to head out in the evening for sunset drinks. Cons: Food and drinks within the hotel are on the expensive side. The front section of the property also feels a bit run-down and unused, with several closed and empty areas — although this seems fairly common in parts of Legian. The location isn’t particularly central, so getting anywhere requires a decent walk or a taxi. For families, especially, return trips can get pricey due to traffic and one-way streets. Bikes are definitely the easiest way to get around."

"The room was clean and huge with a spa in the bathroom. No Netflix access on TV though. Wifi great. Service around the pool could be improved to save having to go up to the bar to order every time. Pool great. Nice Balinese feel to the hotel."

"This place is UNBELIEVABLE. The best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was amazing. Top tier service. I also got a massage and a facial at their spa. I felt like I came out a whole new person. I definitely will stay here again and again when I come back to bali"

"A simple, budget-friendly hotel that has everything you need for a short stay. It’s a convenient place to stop and freshen up before a flight, and the free shuttle service was a great bonus that we really appreciated. The staff were lovely and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. That said, the hotel is generally quite worn down, and the rooms could definitely do with some modernising. We also noticed ants in the water that was provided, which was disappointing. Overall, it’s a practical option if you’re looking for something affordable and convenient, but don’t expect anything too polished."

"Over all the properly was very good, very nice breakfast & beautiful pools. Check-in was horrible, we had 3 rooms one was available 1h before Check-in the second room I had to chase up and we checked in 30min past the check-in time. The third room wasn't available until 2.5h past the check-in time without any explanation. I had to ask for the management to explain what had happened without any explanation he extended checkout time for that room by 3h and organised a transfer to our next hotel. Majority of the staff on the floor was very helpful and good but not the check-in stuff. They need to improve the communication skills to the guests as specialy when guests pay top dollar for the stay."

"Beach is great, plenty of comfy loungers and plenty of shade. Our one-bedroom suite was beautifully clean and comfortable, though a bit un-resorty being directly off the hotel lobby. Breakfast outrageously good. Excellent beachside restaurant. Reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the incessant construction noise of pneumatic drilling and power-cutting next to the beach, **every** day. I don’t appreciate hotels doing substantial construction, other than basic urgent repairs, while paying guests are present. People think carefully about where to stay for their precious days of relaxation on holiday — they don’t come for power tools. The pools are currently a very weird layout — I don’t understand why the adults-only area seems to be a small portion (the shallower side) of a small pool closest to the reception. Then the pool bar is in a different section immediately at the bottom of the children’s slide (!). There seems to be major new construction work (in addition to the beach-adjacent construction) happening to an area next to the pool, so I really hope they’re expanding the adults-only section and creating some logic to the layout. Our room’s aircon was limited to 22 degrees at coolest (communal controlled-temperature air). We wish we’d taken a smaller room at the Laguna next door — the pools and landscaping there are not just a bit better but on a totally different world-class level. Westin pool area isn’t an appealing place to chill out."

"The property is well maintained. Room was super clean and daily room cleaning is a nice thing to have. Breakfast buffet was awesome and had lots of options to choose from. Most importantly the staff was lovely and very friendly. Location is also great, near to beach where you can either walk or take the hotel shuttle. All in all the stay was incredible at Courtyard."
