"Room was very clean and lots of space. Comfortable bed. Complimentary bottled water is available at front desk for free. Had trouble closing the blind with the remote on the wall, staff had to come and fix it. Location of hotel is not the greatest in the downtown area, lots of homeless people wandering around the area and noisy from traffic. But very well kept."

"From the amount of hair all over my room to the place obviously not being dusted. This was a brutal stay and the place is just run down. Timmins is a rough town but wowsers this place was the worst I have ever stayed. I hope the owners decide to put some love into the place."
