"Overall the place is nice, food is good and location is nice. Things that could be better: The shower water pressure was next to nothing and at all hours. Parking could be an issue on busy event nights, but it did seam like they were making an effort and we had no issues. I booked the family suite and it directly faced the band stand. I was not aware that the band played at concert level loudness till 11pm (no one even in attendance and just being loud for the sake of being loud). Check the events page and if you need a toddler to sleep don’t book the building facing the water. Knowing what I know now, I would book again but at a max price per night of $250. "
"We loved our stay here. The rooms were wonderful & spacious. Reasonably priced. Location was pretty perfect & it was nice to sit on the balcony at night & listen to the bands at Sharkeys across the water. "
"The property is really nice with a nice layout. However, it is time for some updates. Needs new lounge chairs on the beach and pool deck. The rooms could use some attention and if you charge premium rates I should not hear the traffic drive by all night. Time for some impact doors and windows. Also, the "dock charge" now I think is over the top especially that the boat ramp is in really bad shape. Again, when you pay a premium things like dockage should be included unless your docking the Titanic....."
"We spent a total of 5 days there. The staff varied from very helpful to ininterested. Everything was in good shape except that the television wasn't getting much...and the front desk person seemed ininterested in that (she was the bad desk person...others were good). We liked having the breakfasts in to-go bags so we could eat whenever we wanted to. Good restaurant recommendation (a Thai place) from desk person. "
