"It was great having the extra space compared to other hotel rooms for our family of four. The beds were comfy, and the kitchenette was so convenient. We had a minor issue with the bathroom shower during our stay, and I was able to text the property manager and they sent maintenance out to fix it while we were out. I enjoyed being able to handle requests and checkout via text. Overall a stress-free stay. "

"It was a great vacation. The sites and room were clean. Very family friendly and the shuttle back and forth into town and the onsite starbucks was also a plus. Would definently stay here again. "

"We have stayed here, probably six times on our visits to Key West… Unfortunately, we believe the property has kind of went downhill. We used to highly recommend this property when going to Key West and not wanting to stay downtown. This time we had a few problems with the room, including the AC either blowing way too cold or not at all… Weird things like the cabinets and the shower stall door not staying closed…. the floor wood laminate pulling up. Just the whole cleanliness of the entire property has went downhill. Both inside and outside. Not a big fan of the personality of Jennifer at the desk who checked us in this time. She didn’t seem interested in being personable or even happy to be at work. "
