"We went there as a family and they were very accommodating, so friendly, each room has its own water heater which is a plus, once I got a hang on why my water heater kept clicking off (can happen to those water heaters) it was smooth sailing from there, nice reception, nice staff all around. "Had a lovely time at Pavilion Samui Villas, staff were super attentive, hotel facilities really good and location close to the night market and plenty of restaurants nearby was great. Having direct access to the beach was also brilliant - it was very clean and plenty of sun loungers available.
Our room was comfortable, good WiFi access and of course AirCon which is an essential. Areas of the hotel are perhaps a bit tired in places and could do with some TLC but I always think you have to allow a bit of flexibility on this and it certainly wasn't to the extent whereby it affected our enjoyment of our stay."
