"Most amenities were shut. When we went to the restaurant there was no staff and nothing around the hotel. However, at 5 pm lots of little food places opened up outside hotel so was able to get a meal locally. The hotel would have been good at one time but no safe in room and now tired. Pool light was floating in pool but was clean. We only stayed 2 nights so hence my rating ok for the length of time we stayed. "

"The restaurant that is highly lauded in some reviews did not exist. Once there, the owner’s son tells me that they close the restaurant during the slow season….which was NOT disclosed when I booked. It’s in a very secluded area but a drive to restaurants about 15 mins away. There’s a restaurant next door, but the opening time depends on their mood, one day was 10am and next day was 11am. They were both weekdays. They don’t clean the rooms so I had to walk to front desk for new towels and water....

"we had a pool access room and we loved our stay at the hotsprings Beach resort. they have a wonderful breakfast buffet in the morning. We also had our dinners here - but they are a bit more pricy then if you would go to town. the pool is excellent, the hot springs and cold springs are both very hot and very cold - but fun. the beach is a bit away: as you have to walk through the property with beautiful gardens and then over a bridge to the ocean: but there are not many people - it feels like you...

"I stayed at this hotel in December in Phuket, Thailand, and overall had a lovely experience. The location is excellent—right on the beach with absolutely amazing sunset views that were a highlight of the stay. Waking up to the ocean and ending the day watching the sun go down was unforgettable. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection and fresh options to start the day. The property itself is well-situated for relaxing and enjoying the beach atmosphere. The only downside was the laundry...
