"Everything was lovely, the staff very helpful and friendly, I couldn't have wished for anything better. A little walk along a busy road to restaurants. The beach opposite was not great. Free shuttle bus to town and a nice beach. Only downside was an item got lost, the hotel said they would pay for it but actually told the staff member who lost it to pay, I was not happy with that so did not take the money. The food was lovely, the pools were very good and wherever your room was you were close to water. We had a room furthest away and high up, but never had to walk as had little carts to take you up and down, very good service."

"The entire staff at the resort was beyond amazing and displayed excellent customer service. I was greeted with a cold delicious beverage and cold towel upon arrival and surprised with a bday cake and song once I went into my room. My waiters at each restaurant throughout the resort went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The bell men were the best Iโve ever seen and very great at lending helping hands. I highly recommend and when I return to Thailand, Phuket I will stay at Crest Resort!"
