I accidentally booked the wrong room type that unfortunatelly had no easy wheelchair access hotel staff warned me about it saying that to get into t6e bathroom requires a bit of walkinwith a step over a small threshold. I thought I can handle an we checked in walking into the bathroom wasn’t that big of an issue but neither the shower or the toilet had grab bars which made using these facilities very challenging for me. It’s totally my fault fit not investigating it more before accepting the rom.otherwize it is a great hotel and the rooms are spacious andwell appointed with a very comfortable bed.we stayed at this hotel multiple times before and had a properly equipped wheelchair accessible room. I eould recommend this hotel to other as it is actually very nice and I will book to stay there again in the future.

We were very happy with the service of the staff, the buffet breakfast was wonderful. The only thing we were a little disappointed with was that the jacuzzi was an extension of the pool and not heated.
