Stunning modern hotel with unbeatable beach location in a relatively quiet and rural area of southern Phuket. Rooms have soft, large comfortable beds and lots of packing space, huge shower, and adequate general movement space. Powerful and controllable air conditioner a good feature. Balcony with outside tub and beach chairs complement the jaw dropping view over the beach and bay. Staff were all most friendly and accommodating especially at reception. Rooms spoiled by badly stained marble tops, making them look older. Buffet breakfast was OK, not stunning, and food prices generally steep when cheaper options are available close-by. Well-kept beach should have more seating. Promised guest activities was never materialized. Water sport options could uplift from neighboring competitors. Downer - some guests selfishly “reserve” best outdoor seating early every day with towels and personal property long before actually using it, and occasionally claim it all day. Culprits were consistent. Management should not permit this.
