"Really enjoyed it. The shower and toilet set up was a bit funky but overall a great place to stay after a long flight. "We stayed here for seven nights and were left hugely disappointed. The staff are lovely and it's clean.The massage in the spa was superb I went three times. Then we get to the negatives the food is average at best pretty tasteless to say it's meant to be a Michelin chef.Breakfast basic and that's being kina.It you want matcha latte you have to pay extra a first for me. On our second night a family moved next door to our premier pool villa. Kids screaming and shouting in their pool until midnight we couldn't sleep.l went to reception to complain and they went to speak to them three times and they just got louder didn't care. We spoke with the room's manager the next morning after having a sleepless night who spoke with the owner who is the General manager and she declined for us to check out stating kids will be kids. Sorry but | disagree listening to yelling and screaming until midnight and it continued the next night.lt was two families one in a room with no pool congregated into a one bed villa with pool next to us extremely noisy and inconsiderate of other guests.We were offered a choice of two other rooms either next to the main pool or next to the busy main road neither were suitable and extremely noisy. lo me the owner doesn't care about guests wellbeing only counting the pennies. No compensation basically had to grin and bear it and count down to leaving. We would not return nor recommend. "

"Really lovely week. The property and the location are beautiful. The facilities, restaurants, etc. were all excellent. I would very much recommend it as a pleasant, relaxing holiday resort in a really beautiful spot. The service was very friendly and helpful but sometimes not quite hitting the standards I think they were aiming for - but only in little things, such as running out of menus one evening. The management of the airport transfers, which was important, was seamless."

"Huge property with a great kids club that’s ideal for families. However it’s far from restaurants and the food in the resort is very average. Premises are old but clean, staff are friendly and helpful but don’t communicate well in English resulting in a few misunderstandings. Housekeeping takes a long time to come around and most days our room wasn’t cleaned til mid afternoon. It feels like this hotel is so big it struggles to be managed properly. Tolerating it for the kids club and activities but definitely on my own I wouldn’t return."

"Breakfast buffet amazing and a must do. Various happy hours through the property. Delicious drinks and food. Onsite restaurant a little pricey compared to outside restaurants. Our first room had a foul smell, had to switch rooms then was wonderful!! A little far from other areas but perfect for a peaceful quiet experience."
