Had a wonderful experience the hotel manager was amazing to we couldn’t make it for our first night so we had q non refundable night but he made sure to compensate us with two wonderful high quality dinners. Quite hilly in areas which would pose a slight problem if less mobile but saying that I’m pretty sure the resort offers buggy service.
The resort itself is lovely, so natural with lots of trees, palms and greenery. Direct beach access, 4 pools to pick from. The rooms are really nicely decorated, very comfortable and adequately air conditioned. In terms of access to the main part of town, 10-15 minute walk and you arrive into one of the main parts of Khao Lak. Plenty of shopping and restaurants.

The staff are warmest, from Reception to Restaurant to Housekeeping.
