Overall is a good experience, Property is clean and well kept. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. The online Application is useful. The check-in and check-out experience was okay. However the pre-booked taxi to airport through online App. was useless. It didn’t come even physically confirmed with the check-out staff. In general, I would highly recommend the property if you like to stay in Patong beach area.

Very much enjoyed my stay at Zenseana.
Nice location close to the beach. Good breakfast and rooftop pool. The better part of the beach at this end of Patong beach in my opinion. Friendly staff. Thank you to my friend Dul at the front baggage area for your kind friendliness.
i would definitely recommend but i hope you dont like watching tv much. no signal most of the time. I gave up asking why so i just watched online stuff from my ipad.
if you like a nothing fancy restaurant and bar on the beach check out no name bar and restaurant
perched on the rocks on the beach 10 minutes from the hotel. Good food cheap beer amazing sunsets.

Hotel was so nice and there’s a 7 eleven about two minutes away. Hotel staff were always quick when something was needed. The pool and bar closes early. If you order 20 minutes before they close the staff will have an attitude unfortunately- but that was the only bad thing about the hotel. Everything else was excellent

"The resort itself is quite nice if you like being remote - so remote Grab services don’t operate there.
