"This hotel is far and away the best hotel in Albuquerque. I have stayed here several times now in order to be close to the airport for early morning flights. The hotel is nicely decorated with very comfortable beds. Even though the hotel is centrally located the room itself is very quiet. The free breakfast is not your standard hotel fare, but thoughtfully prepared fresh hot and cold foods. The rooftop bar and lounge provide views of downtown and the mountains nearby. Free parking in the lot is provided. Highly recommend staying here."

"Was traveling on a tight budget and The Querque met our needs. We did request to switch rooms as the 1st one we were placed in smelt of a sewer smell when we entered. The staff was very accommodating in switching us to a different room. Later when there was an issue with the shower head, a maintenance person came quickly and fixed the issue. The water pressure was great. I read comments of tub not draining in a different review, we had no issues with that. The surrounding area feels questionable as its close to the freeway and the hotel itself is a very large dated property. But once we settled in, we were good. I didn't notice anyone sketchy during our stay. The time we traveled, there was plenty of parking available and decently lit as well. If entering from an entrance not through the front office, your room key is required to access the hotel. A safety measure I appreciated. We did walk the breakfast in the morning but we chose not to eat as it was a lot of processed carbs, (Cold cereals, breakfast breads). Both evening and morning staff were very courteous, professional and accommodating. I didn't know what to expect as it was our first time staying here and reviews were mixed, but content with our stay. "

"This was hands down one of the cutest and well redeemed motels I have ever seen. I was originally apprehensive with the location but was relieved after arriving. The rooms are super clean and fun, there is a neat dining experience on site with three eating establishments plus a bar if you’re interested. It made it very easy for us to not have to leave the area and be able to relax and enjoy a peaceful evening. The front desk also serves craft coffees as well as teas and offers baked goods as well. The only reason I gave a 4* is due to some night time noise with the locals and heavy footed patrons up stairs above us. The staff is awesome so it definitely made up for the rest and I will definitely be booking here from now on. Also, just an fyi, if you are in Albuquerque for health reasons and need multiple nights, the motel does offer discounts we were told. "

"The parking situation was absolutely awful and the front desk person was incredibly rude and dry. Our entire interaction at check in was about 20 words total. On our check out day, I asked for the cost of a late check out and they declined which was fine, but they told me “do you not know how many people have requested late check out today? We will not be granting any more.” I replied I didn’t know because I don’t work there and was just inquiring. The room was fine and clean, just the people made the stay unwelcoming "
