"Had a great stay. Very convenient location, easy check in, very clean and comfortable room with a good shower and bed. The restaurant is nicely furnished and staff are friendly. One particular staff member Megha Shinde was very helpful and kind to me. I had a lot of heavy bags which kept falling off the trolley. When i was checking out, she saw i was having difficulty and decided to help me all the way to the bag check-in at the airport! Overall i would recommend the hotel to anyone who needs a night's sleep in between flights. I would stay again."

Had my booking company called also and they refused. Horrible customer service they are only interested in the finance aspect not the humane feelings. We were 3 ladies 63, 74, 75 Traveling together Stay away from this inhumane hotel. "
