"The room for wasn’t upto standards of a 3 star hotel. Poor ventilation in the room and hence, it felt humid in there. Had to ask for things like towel and toilet paper instead of those things just being there in the room. "Hard to find because hidden under construction green shade cloth and poor signage on street. Check in struggled to find my Expedia booking. Gave me the wrong room and not what I booked and then explained my room had a family in it. Given another room with just 1 bed and a mattress for the floor. No mention of wifi. No basic item like toilet paper. Bathroom and shower taps to trendy and confusing to use. Taxi booked for next day was a death trap vehicle that arrived late."

"My new favorite hotel in So. Mumbai (beating out The Oberoi and Taj)! Beautiful, stylish, and comfortable rooms. Convenient location allowed me to get around the city. It is also connected to a great mall with fantastic shopping, dining, and a terrific movie theatre. Amazing pool and gym. But the BEST feature? The breakfast. The very best breakfast buffet I’ve had in any hotel in Bombay and maybe any hotel in all of India. I hesitated to write this review because I was tempted to “gate-keep” this hotel lest it become too popular or the prices go up! But I couldn’t resist sharing— this hotel is a dream come true! "

"We had a great stay. Breakfast buffet was amazing and had lot of options. Room was nice and comfortable. Though metro Station is across street, rooms were noise proofs and never had any noise. Our only problem was, we had to wait more than 2 hour for check-in and getting our room ready."
