ROBBED!
The place was definitely sub-standard from the description on the website and it was not a very comfortable experience all round. had to sleep under a net and no aircon. WORST thing was though - I had an expensive watch stolen from my jacket while I was waiting to leave for the airport and the hotel has denied that one of their staff took it - and also said there was nothing on the cameras - again impossible. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all let alone if you have anything of value that you dont want stolen when your back is turned...

The female receptionist asked for 20 USD because a guest came to see me at the restaurant of the hotel!!!! Very rude too

Conveniently situated in safe location in Kigala. The wi-fi connection was excellent and didn’t drop once during my 3 night stay. Hotel is very clean with friendly and attentive staff. The shower was very powerful and hot. Good food.

Gloria Hotel Kigali Stay
My stay at Gloria hotel Kigali was comfortable, the service was very good and the employees are all respectful, diligent and professional. They are promp with delivery of service and eager to help,they are friendly too. The food is good, I very much enjoyed the cooked food. The hotel is clean and they are very aware of protecting the environment with the choice of toiletries.

Restaurant food was great. WiFi sucks , no elevator , rooms has moustiques killed a couple of them . Would not be staying there again . The restaurant and staff are the only positive in my stay there

A safe clean choice for a late arrival to Ligali
We arrived at nearly 1am after a flight from Tanzania. The check in process was very smooth at that hour and they showed us up 4 flights of steps to our room. The room was very clean and had a balcony. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom large. The breakfast was fine.

The hotel was nice and clean. We stayed in a family room which was spacious and nice. The room was pretty warm so the fan was a welcome addition. The complementary breakfast has limited selections but more than enough food to fill up on. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only complaint is that the street can be pretty loud and there weren't mosquito nets on the windows so when we were out all day, we returned to some mosquitos in the room.

This hotel is basic, but provides everything that you would need at a good price. The restaurant was good and had a nice view. Staff were helpful and pleasant as well. The location was good and the hotel provided everything that we needed at a reasonable price.

Hotel is in a very poor area of town
No elivator and air conditioning at best struggles if you can get it to work every time I took a shower the floor flooded because shower head was loose.Unable to shower one day as no water hard to give this a good recomdation.Breakfast included but always out of food .

Nice hotel cole to town
The hotel is very good, except it doesn't have air conditioner. Also, the breakfast is good but it needs a little variety. Other than that, everything is good.
