Our room offered a beautiful view of Mount Fuji, which made our stay even more memorable. The restaurant staff were consistently attentive and professional, and the quality and variety of the breakfast buffet were truly remarkable. Having experienced several hotels in Japan—and even multiple Hyatt properties in the United States—I can confidently say that none matched the level of excellence provided by the Hyatt Tokyo. "Keio Hotel is my go-to place to stay in Tokyo. It's in a quieter part of Shinjuku, close to all the major subway lines. The service is very good, and the rooms are modern, clean, and well-appointed. Many rooms offer excellent views of the city. The breakfast buffet options are nothing short of amazing. Most of the staff speak English and are happy to help. Highly recommended."

"We loved this hotel - perfect for our first stay in Tokyo! The hotel was lovely, staff were super friendly and our room was perfect, with a great view over the city. I've heard that the rooms can be a little small in this hotel, so we opted for an Executive Double, and it was fantastic. We even had a sofa, which was great for relaxing after a long day. The hotel even has vending machines and free umbrella rental, which really helped us acclimatise to a new city!"
