"Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel when traveling to Tokyo. Steps outside of the Shinjuku station and lots of dining and shopping options. Rooms are kinda small but that’s normal for being in a major city. Staff was super kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and when we ran out of an item it was brought to us in under 5 mins. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is our third hotel while in Japan. We were warmly welcomed with a smile. One staff member served my family their welcome juice while I was checking in. She then helped us with our luggage to the elevator. The lobby is simply tidy and elegant. The room is clean and fresh. The shower and restroom are modern and spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. They offer a breakfast buffet for a small fee in the garden, which is simply gorgeous! The food selection is good enough to start your day. It’s also a plus that the local metro station is just a minute's walk right outside. A Family Mart, pharmacy, and 7-Eleven are also nearby. It's a 15-minute walk to the Shinjuku shopping area and station. Overall, we enjoyed our three-night stay and highly recommend this hotel. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards.
