"This is a beautifully designed, upscale hotel in a bustling, high-energy neighborhood. The rooms and facilities are high-quality. Staff are excellent! Check-out the bar and restaurant. Starbucks in the building a plus. Easy access to trains and taxis. Loved the bathroom, sheets, comforter, pillows. Floor to ceiling windows. All floors are high. We were on 37 in a premium twin. Worth a little extra for more square footage. Excellent shower and tub. Separate toilet a plus. My favorite hotel on my two week trip. Really focused on service. Shout out to housekeeping. They were on it for daily refresh! Best experience with housekeeping. "

"This is our third hotel while in Japan. We were warmly welcomed with a smile. One staff member served my family their welcome juice while I was checking in. She then helped us with our luggage to the elevator. The lobby is simply tidy and elegant. The room is clean and fresh. The shower and restroom are modern and spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. They offer a breakfast buffet for a small fee in the garden, which is simply gorgeous! The food selection is good enough to start your day. It’s also a plus that the local metro station is just a minute's walk right outside. A Family Mart, pharmacy, and 7-Eleven are also nearby. It's a 15-minute walk to the Shinjuku shopping area and station. Overall, we enjoyed our three-night stay and highly recommend this hotel. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards. Thank you to all the wonderful staff!"

"This was our second stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Jingugaien Tokyo Premier, and we really love this hotel. The location is fantastic – right across from the Olympic Stadium and very convenient for transportation. On clear days, you can even see Mt. Fuji from the hotel, which is a real highlight. The public bath is lovely, the bar is a nice touch, and the staff are consistently kind and helpful. The only real drawback is the room lighting – it’s quite dim and can be frustrating when trying to read or get ready. That aside, the comfort, location, and overall experience keep us coming back. Highly recommended for Tokyo stays."
