Very convenient spot if you are flying out of Haneda. The room was the most spaciois out of 4 hotels we stayed in Tokyo and Kyoto. Very obliging staff and spoke english well.

My observations, in no particular order: Small room, but has everything you need -separate shampoo & conditioner, which I like - no lotion -gave us bottled water on arrival -cold orange water (water w orange slices) in the lobby -slippers, shoehorn, & pjs in the room -toiletries in lobby in case you didn’t happen to have a toothbrush, hair tie, etc -very pleasant lobby staff - only downside: you can’t book the shuttle to the airport till you arrive, so we had to take the subway back, because we arrived around 11:30 pm, and the shuttles were full - Hotel was great at answering my questions before we arrived, about how to get here from the airport - it’s 3 subway stops away. - heated toilet seat - integrated bidet - usb outlets, so we didn’t need adapters - In the shower it has a cord to hang laundry - A/c blows directly on bed area - hard to get out of its path. That was a bit uncomfortable.

Very affordable great business hotel with a free breakfast (coffee is extra ¥100). Staff very helpful and speaks English. If you need an early shuttle to the airport, they provide it for free.

Nice, very affordable business hotel that also provides a free breakfast. For a cup of coffee they do request additional ¥100, and I saw some customers being unhappy about it, which I don't get. Other business hotels like APA cost the same or more but don't provide any free breakfast, so be grateful.
