"Whole hotel looks like it was good 20 years ago and someone just forgot to do anything with it since. We booked a non smoking room but when we entered the room the smoke was so heavy I could taste it and there were burn marks all over the carpet. We asked to be moved and got a new room which smellt like a mixture of smoke and peppermint airfreshener to hide it. At least in this room it was still manageable. Stains in the carpet but bedlinnen and bathroom were clean. Personell was friendly...

We had an amazing stay, on a walk to get some dinner supplies at a market we were offered to come celebrate a holiday with community members, a truly special experience. "This is an older property and maintained well. The staff were friendly and helpful even with language barriers. The food was delicious! The transportation and onsen were all good at both locations. My only complaints are the bathroom toilet area smelled and were bit pretty badly by mosquitoes at night. Otherwise, it was nice for a 2 day stay. "
