"Not a pretty stroll outside. Noisy neighbors the first night, but I suppose that's not the hotel's fault. Was there for a seminar, good enough to sleep in."

"I had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean and I had a city view, which was great. The only downside (and it's not that extreme) was their breakfast. It wasn't bad but just not may choices. I just prefer hot breakfast if I'm going to eat. I would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is somewhat outdated 70’s - 80’s era could use a makeover. The staff is incredible and definitely the strong point of the hotel. Location is great, Greenville is on the rise very safe and clean lots of great businesses retail and restaurant. I once felt this way about Asheville but it lost its charm well before the big storm, hope Greenville stays the course it’s on."

"Absolutely loved the place and the location - convenient to all major destinations in the downtown area and other parts of Greenville. There is a wide variety of restaurants in the close proximity to this property . The staff and the hotel were very nice . Will definitely be back "

"Coming from Greenville, this has always been the hotel- it’s perfectly located, it has that old school charm, and the staff is excellent. The rooms vary- from small to large and from absolutely no view to fantastic views but no matter which room you stay in, it’s nicely appointed. It is a very old building so the bathrooms are small- Love the whole experience- I definitely recommend!!"

"Amenities all good. Should tell guests staying for more than one night that there is no housekeeping daily. The hand lotion is a tube and very difficult to squeeze and lotion does not easily flow. Food excellent. Gym has great amenities but needs instructions on how to work the water dispenser. Valet great. From desk does not know what is near or far just said to look at google."
