"Very impersonal. Check in/out is virtual, they were fairly nice, it was hard to understand what they were saying. The shower had dirty footprints and a bottle of soap left in it. One of the washcloths was dirty with what looked like the same dirt from the footprints in the shower. The toilet had a partial strip of paper that should be broken off before the first use by new tenants, but it was just set over the top to make it look like it was cleaned. The tv stand had sticky stuff on it (a soda?), meaning the surface hadn't been cleaned. They offer snacks and bottles of water in the room, and you have to pay for them, which is understandable, but the prices are outrageous: $8 for water...$7 for a medium bag of M&M's!?!?
The bed was comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Not sure if the sheets had been changed, as we always put one of our blankets on the top of hotel beds and sleep on top of our blanket. One can only hope that the sheets were fresh, given the condition of the shower and toilet.
The room was esthetically pleasing, with light colors, and it was quiet. We didn't care for the bathroom door. It was a barn-style bifold door that had a large gap between the wall and the door's frame, so you can hear others using the toilet."
