"Me and my family could NOT believe how most of our stay our condo was 78-80 degrees. (I have pictures of the thermostat). When we realized there was an issue, we saw maintenance walking around. He came in and tried to fix it and he said he had to call someone because somethings wrong and he couldn’t do it he said that someone will come later on that day. Well, the next day at night we couldn’t take it anymore, and I called and said this needs to be fixed immediately our condo was roasting and I went out and BOUGHT a fan because the next joke is the ceiling fans in all the rooms BUT 1 didn’t work. Well fast-forward to when the electrician came in, he could not believe that we were staying in that condo that humid inside he was even sweating. After an hour, he got it fixed & of course our last day there. It was a complete joke…. Very, very bad communication. It’s almost like they didn’t care.. I have never stayed somewhere where I paid that much and had to deal with something like that."
