The apartment was great, fit every one of our needs. Felt like it was a little ways from the City Center but overall quick drive, easy access to attractions around. Very clean, spacious, and we would stay again for sure.

The apartment was perfect for our holiday, it was very roomy and comfortable. There was 2 bathroom's, a fully equipped kitchen dinning area as well. We would definitely stay there again if we ever get back over there

Pleasant stay

Check in was easy and simple, All Communication and guest information was great from The team. The apartment was spacious and well kept. All linen clean. Hot water instructions were easy to follow however, trying to get the taps to work in the showers to make the hot come through was challenging, once we figured it out it was all good. Good Location quick drive into Main Street and shops. The security in the building wasn’t great the front door with the code was often left open by other guests. There were also very loud and obnoxious guests on the floor above us at 3-5 am which would make so much noise that it was frightening, nothing to do with the stay just something to be aware of if booking with families. Would stay again.

Fantastic accommodation

Gorgeous, spacious 2 bed apartment, 2 bathrooms, big balcony, all the amenities (except a cork screw but that’s ok). Very comfortable beds. Excellent communication from the staff and very reasonably priced. Great location too

Location was good, beds were comfortable but the apartment was just in need of some tlc. Sofa was broken and a chest of drawers was falling apart. Would have been good if there were instructions for the washer/dryer. None of the three shaver points/lights worked either. Mentioned this in communication but nothing was done. Overall it was ok but we only stayed 2 nights.

The property is behind a hotel and you really have to read the intro email and pay close attention to find your way. Another couple were confused with communication as well while we were there. They do make several calls to be sure that you checked-in, but the initial email/confirmation isn't clear and the information is in several places which you have to hunt for. I got clarification on the phone because I didn't get the email before check-in. The building is clean, and the apartment was spacious. It was cold and the radiators had no instructions and were difficult to navigate as they were all different. There isn't any furniture on the patios, so they don't intend for you to take advantage of the outdoor space. The location is good, though not close to downtown, so be mindful if you're looking for a close place to go after a night out.

Communication was great and the unit was clean. The property and other buildings were pretty run down. The supplies in the kitchen were slim at best. Couldn’t have cooked anything since there was really nothing to use. Not enough silverware without having to wash every other day vs using dishwasher. It was barebones but big enough with plenty of bathrooms to go around. Beds were comfy and the place was very clean

We stayed in a clean 2 bdrm apt on the top floor. Good location - across the road from a grocery store and shopping area with anything you could need a very short walk away, and not far from the center of town. The building is in a complex with a handful of others behind a hotel along the busy street. We arrived after 7pm and the parking area was nearly empty. Since the apartment was behind the hotel it was very quiet, especially at night. But it also felt lonely and abandoned since the buildings are large and all of them seemed completely empty when we arrived. The exterior is reasonably maintained, lawns mowed etc. but no frills- no flowers etc, just bare-bones, old, and well used, like a former project house for lower income tenants. The host sent easy instructions on how to get into the unit, no problems. The unit they gave us to had a broken lock and damage around the door frame that looked like someone had kicked it in and never properly repaired- it only latched when the lock was double-bolted. Combined with us being the only people around made me feel unsafe. We took precautions to secure the door, but still felt nervous. I would not have stayed if I were a woman traveling alone. The interior was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for living, and everything worked perfectly. Furnishings were new enough. Some surfaces could do for a redo. In the end we had a smooth & relaxing stay - it fit our needs well for the big space and the price was right.

The location was not super convenient with regards to walking distance to any local shops or restaurants, however, there were a few places that could accommodate a family of five. The apartment, while adequately clean, lacked extra blankets and did not have an option for extra towels, which would have been handy with kids. The hot water was difficult to maintain with five people. The combo wash/dryer was convenient, however inefficient in getting clothing or towel towels, clean in a reasonable time. The property staff who let us in was fantastic, meeting us after six and preheating the unit for us, which was nice because it was a very cold night.
