"The hotel was fine. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, but for some weird reason the last day and a half we were there. There was a cart with a bunch of tools right out in front of our door. The elevator was really kind of scary it made a lot of noise and the breakfast was lacking. The staff were very kind."

"The staff was very helpful and accommodating. She even recommended dinner options for us. The hotel was clean and smelled really good. Breakfast was good and had several options. The coffee machine has espresso and cappuccino as well. Would definitely stay again. The only downfall was the parking lot being completely full with work trucks, but not unbearable at all."

"We stayed one night on our way to New Orleans to avoid driving all the way into the city close to Midnight. Super convenient being right off 55 with tons of stores nearby. The night auditor was very friendly, and check in was fast. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning. We didn’t need it, but they also had guest laundry machines available. Would stay again on our way through."

"The customer service was great! We had to check in earlier than normal and the front desk and the cleaning staff were very nice, accommodating, and friendly. The room was very clean and when we asked for additional bedding, it was given to us without any hesitation. My only complaint was the temperature of the hot water, it was like warm in the shower, tub faucet, and sink. However we were only here for a day so it wasn’t a biggie. Overall, I would book this property again."

"Every time I go to Gonzales I stay at this hotel I've been going to this hotel for over 20 years and every time I have such a good time. The rooms are clean, the beds are so comfortable and the staff is great and the breakfast is wonderful. This time I went to a wedding and and at the last minute my husband needed a shirt I was able to go down the street and get him a shirt at the outlet mall that's there they have great shopping in the area in the restaurant Mike Anderson's is a great place to eat. If your ever in this area please go to the player on you will not be disappointed"
