"First time using a Holiday Inn Express. Room, facilties all adequate. No toilet brush in our room, but maybe these are stolen so not provided. Breakfast was chaotic, but to be expected as hotel at max capacity. Staff clearing tables and topping up buffet constantly. Sad to see so much food wastage ..."
