Really convenient location to get to the city centre. Staff were so helpful and great at letting us know the best places in the city to explore. The room was great however the only downside is that there is not a lot of room for hanging stuff up like clothes.

Breakfast offering was good, but the cooked food was not hot. Asked for eggs Benedict one morning and the eggs were not cooked properly ( snotty inside ). Very expensive in the bar.
Had a meal in the dining room and chose a burger which turned out to be raw in the middle. They gave me 10% off but in reality I paid in full as they normally charge a 10% service charge.
