"We spent 3 nights in the St Ninians flat upstairs. The view across the Clyde was fabulous, possibly better than the downstairs flats. The house is well placed for travelling around the island with bus stops nearby. It was kept very clean and the beds were very comfortable and the heating came on when we needed it. "We had a great stay at our flat. It was good for a family and hotel alternative. The bathroom tap did not work for half our stay, which was inconvenient as we had to wash and brush in the bathtub or kitchen, but communication was fantastic and Graham was doing his best to fix it, which he did. When I asked for extra towels they were delivered promptly. Overall, a positive stay and would recommend. Thank you!"

Only criticism was check in desk halted our check in to take a call from a new corporate booking (yes i could hear all the details) and we were then kept waiting for approx 10 minutes. This is rude.
