"The Dakota Edinburgh is a fine and classy establishment. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the grill, and enjoyed swift service from the staff. We were able to drop off our luggage in the morning before check-in, and when we checked in later, they had kindly placed our bags in our room. The room had every amenity we needed and was comfortable and stylish. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Nice and quiet. Very clean. Breakfast was good. Good location-tram stop just across the street. The only negative is that there was no place in the room to unpack my clothes, so would not recommend for a long stay. "

"The property is ideally located near the airport for the Royal Farm show. Hotel is very quiet and away from the busy areas of the city. Restaurant staff are helpful, although may stand over you when signing your bill, they should stay off to one side. "

The only hiccup for us is that they would only let my husband get a pizza from the Brasserie restaurant to take back to the room to eat, we had been up for hours and were to exhausted to eat out. Very limited room service menu as well. Otherwise everything was grand. "
