"Situated perfectly in a quiet spot on the grounds of the university campus, we took andvantage of a woodland walk 1 minute from the hotel entrance. extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Room was very clean and spacious with a stunning bathroom having both a bath and large shower. Breakfast was a delight with plenty of options to choose from. My only complain would be the pillows are way too soft with little support for your head. Room was expensive as we didn’t realise when booking the Edinburgh Fringe Festival was on which I dare say increased the normal room tariff considerably "
