"This is a lovely old house on the edge of the gem of the small town of Axbridge. The house has individual rooms, individually decorated and positioned. Our South Room was clean, light and airy, with a very comfortable double bed. Patricia, the host, was so helpful and thoughtful. Even though we had an early leave in order to catch a flight, she provided us with tea and coffee at 0630! What a star!"

"The accommodation was smart, spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was of excellent quality, freshly cooked, hot and tailored to whatever were required. The sitting rooms had hot drinks available and provided a comfortable space to relax. I can’t praise the Old Manor House highly enough."

"Perfect central location to visit Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, the seaside and Bath. The accommodation was extremely well maintained and presented. A quiet location situated within a riding school, so perfect for those with an interest in horses but not affected by it being a working stable. The kitchen was particularly well equipped with good quality pots, pans and crockery and the host even provided washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee, milk and even cake! A very nice restaurant/pub, The Star, just down the road."
